Besides building solar installations for customers, Sunshine Power is interested to lease rooftops and fields to build and operate solar installations on its own or for other investors.
To lease a roof or a field to somebody else is very attractive way of earning additional cash for customers who don’t want to get into the details of planning, building and operating a solar park but nevertheless want to participate in the financial benefits. Sunshine Power is looking for interesting roofs and fields in whole Europe, predominantly in Germany and Italy. Sunshine Power pays attractive and competitive leases, which are usually paid on the basis of m2 used. If the customer is interested, it is also possible to allow him to participate in the revenues from the solar installation.
